Free (Safad kufiya) - cropped small format

US$32.00

This is a pencil drawing of my kufiya. I bought the kufiya at the beginning of the 2023 Israel-Palestine conflict, as an attempt to somehow directly support the Palestinian people. As things have snowballed into unspeakable injustice and tragedy, I kept following the conflict and feeling increasingly powerless, until I realized that we can all do something, even if it is a grain of sand in this massive storm.

So I drew this, with the idea to sell prints and donate all profits to organizations supporting Palestinians in Gaza. 100% of the profit from the sale of this print will be donated, forever. We need to stand up to protect each other.

It took about a month of very feverish tempo to complete. The original drawing is 11x14 inches on smooth Bristol, professionally scanned and digitally colored. I wanted to offer an affordable small option, but the piece has too much detail to shrink down well, so I decided to make the smallest format a crop of the original. You can shop the larger sizes here.

I also have larger formats on offer, that are based on the full-size original drawing. You can shop them here.

Printed on Breathing Color Optica One paper
Matte finish, 300 gsm, bright white
Size - 8x10 inches (cropped version)
Hand cut edges
No border
