Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Times

All print orders ship within one week. They ship from locations in US or Canada depending on where you’re ordering from, so they usually arrive pretty quickly, but please do allow at least two weeks for delivery. If you need a print within a certain time frame, please contact me first. International orders might take up to a month to arrive.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for all US orders, most Canadian orders, and all international orders while the package is still in the US. After that we have to have faith in your respective postal services :)

Returns and Refunds

If there is anything wrong with your order, of course I will be happy to replace it. Please send me photos of what exactly went wrong with it so I can fix the issue. If the damage happened from you opening your package carelessly, I cannot refund you for it, so please open the packages gently!

If the print is not damaged but you ordered the wrong size by accident, I cannot refund you for it, so please double-check and triple-check the dimensions you want before making a purchase. If you have any questions about print sizes or anything else, feel free to get in touch.

If there is nothing wrong with the print but you decide you don’t want it, you can send it back to me and I will refund you the cost of the print, as long as it arrives in pristine condition. Unfortunately I am not able to refund your shipping cost, either for the original shipping or the cost of you shipping the item back to me. I know this is a more strict policy than big box stores have, but I am an independent artist - I want you to love your print, but I don’t want to get taken advantage of.

I am not able to refund lost packages, as there is no way I can control the courier services. But cases of lost packages are exceptionally rare.

Do You Ship Everywhere?

I am able to ship almost everywhere, but certain countries can only have DHL shipping, which is a little more expensive than standard shipping. The easiest way to check the shipping cost is to add the products to the cart and enter your shipping address. Some countries might have specific restrictions that make shipping there prohibitive, sadly I cannot do much about that. But I can cover most of the world :)

Duty and Customs Fees

Depending on your country, you may have to pay duty or customs fees on your order. These differ from country to country, and I have absolutely no insight into them. They are the buyer’s responsibility. If you think you might be charged duty on your order, please make sure you find out what the amount is and that you are ok with paying it before you place your order.

Do you work with commercial clients?

Yes, absolutely. Feel free to get in touch with me.

Do you do personal commissions?

Usually no, because the cost tends to be prohibitive. But feel free to tell me more about what you’re looking for and I’ll be happy to talk to you.

Is your artwork available for licensing?

Yes, some of it is, depending on whether it was created for a commercial client and what sort of commercial license they hold on it. Feel free to ask me about licensing existing work.

I do not give permission for my work to be used without paying a licensing fee. Surviving as an artist is difficult enough as it is, please respect artists’ work and don’t try to use it without payment.

Are your prints signed and numbered?

Most of my prints are open editions, meaning they are not signed and numbered.

The Tree of Life print I have made in collaboration with Pangea Seed will be in two limited editions, and has my digital signature. However since I am far from Pangea Seed, it was not possible for them to send me all the prints for signing. I think their team will be numbering them though.

I do plan to release some limited edition prints, for the more discerning collectors. The best way to keep informed about when these are coming up is to join my newsletter! I only send it out around 4 times per year so you can sign up without worrying about being overwhelmed by emails.

Do you do artist consultations?

I can do online calls with general artist advice at my standard rate of 50$ per hour. But please contact me in advance to tell me specifically what you want to discuss, because I am not knowledgeable on every single aspect of the art world, and I don’t want to waste your time talking on a subject I have no confidence explaining.

Do you teach drawing or pattern making classes?

I am working on some! Watch this space.
